HintX Pilot Information

Post-Event Timing Observation Pilot

This pilot enables national bridge federations to evaluate an independent timing observation layer designed to support existing governance and review procedures through objective post-event documentation.

HintX operates as a neutral technical infrastructure that analyses historical tournament timing data and produces structured timing observation reports. These reports provide objective documentation that may assist authorised officials in identifying situations that warrant further review under existing governance frameworks.

HintX does not monitor play in real time, does not intervene in tournaments, and does not perform regulatory or disciplinary functions. All interpretation, review, and governance decisions remain exclusively with the national federation and its authorised bodies.

The purpose of the pilot is to allow federations to independently evaluate whether structured timing observation reports may serve as a useful supplementary reference alongside existing governance and review procedures.

1. Supported Data Formats

> .PBN (Portable Bridge Notation)
> .LIN (Bridge Base Online logs)
> .CSV / .TXT (BridgeMate, UseBio, Magic Contest exports)
> .SQL database exports (BridgeMate server, Magic Contest)
> .XML structured exports (UseBio and federation systems)
> .JSON structured logs (modern scoring platforms)

Additional formats may be supported upon request.
HintX can adapt to federation-specific data structures, legacy systems, and custom export formats.
